OUR CHARGING POLICY

Customers can worry about IT repair bills becoming a bottomless pit, we understand their concerns so operate a fair charging policy.

Unless agreed in advance, should a repair take significantly longer than originally expected you will not usually be charged more than 1 – 2 hours extra regardless of the amount of time spent working on the problem. This applies to work undertaken at Adster Services premises only. We generally would not recommend a repair to a system which would cost anything over 50% of the cost of a new PC, we strive to be honest and upfront about how viable a repair is. Some of the more unscrupulous IT professionals have been known to charge more than a replacement for repairing an old and out of date PC, we promise this will not happen with us. We also don’t charge extra if the repair creeps over an hour by up to 15 minutes.

No fix – no fee

If we visit you and do not successfully diagnose your problem then there is nothing to pay. If a diagnosis is made but repair is not economically viable or is refused then a £10 inc VAT charge is made to cover costs.
