Monthly Maintenance Contracts

Adster Services provide high quality regular support to many local businesses in Oxfordshire.

Unlike some other IT companies we don't simply sell a monthly block of time that you lose if you don't use it. Adster Services offers a tailor made plan based on the size and complexity of your IT system. All plan's includes a minimum of one site visit a month to deal with any user's queries and a host of other benefits not available to our "Pay as you Go" business customers.

  • Guaranteed emergency site visit within 10 business hours (9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday) of problem being discussed with us (this may be chargeable).
  • Remote control support of all internet connected computers and servers.
  • Extended support hours.
  • Regular remote checks made of business critical systems to ensure all security updates, backups and virus scanners are up to date*
  • 30 Day credit terms on all labour charges.
  • Free telephone, email and remote control support for any non-urgent IT issue that can be resolved promptly with the user.
  • IT Hardware purchases delivered within 2 business days.

* Please note that ultimate responsibility for backups will always rest with the customer, Adster Services recommends that all backups are checked daily.

Small Business with up to 5 computers (no server) £95.00 per month including a monthly 1 hour site visit.

Small Business with up to 5 computers and 1 server in Didcot area £149.00 per month including a monthly visit of up to 2 hours.

Small Business with between 5 and 10 computers and 1 server £189.00 per month including a monthly visit of up to 2 hours.

Remember these prices include free telephone and remote control support for non-urgent IT issues. Where appropriate, additional (chargeable) on-site visits may be required for severe or emergency repairs.
