MONTHLY MAINTENANCE AGREEMENTS

We now offer discounted scheduled monthly visits of a minimum of 2 hours (or longer where size of network dictates, please see FAQ's below for prices) where we come to your business and perform the following:

  • Essential checks on servers and network, including, hard drive monitoring, event log review, essential updates, anti-virus and backup logs
  • Essential checks on desktop PC’s including hard drive monitoring, event log review, essential updates and anti-virus
  • Desk to desk visits to ensure users are not experiencing problems

Any items of concern will be flagged up to the nominated person and where possible, rectifying action taken within the allocated time, otherwise another appointment will be made.

In addition to the regular site visits you will also receive the following benefits (all prices are ex-VAT and based on businesses within Didcot, small additional charges may apply to businesses further afield):

  • Access to email, remote and phone technical support (no additional charge unless fix takes more than 15 minutes)
  • All additional chargeable hours (including remote support) discounted to £35 per hour from the normal £40
  • Maintenance agreement customers enjoy extended support hours from 9am – 7pm Monday – Thursday 9am - 5pm Fridays and availability on Saturday mornings.
  • Emergency priority given over “Pay as you go” customers
  • Call out charge waived on all additional site visits, hourly rate of just £35 charged.
  • Guaranteed site visit within 24 hours* (during normal opening hours Monday - Friday) if required

* For customers opting for 4 or more hours per month only.

Guide Prices

The length (and charge) for the monthly visit is dependent on the size of your system (please remember these charges are discounted and include free phone, email and remote technical support for less than 15 minute jobs)

· Companies with 1 server (1 - 5 PC's).....................3 Hour visit (£99.00) per month

· Companies with 1 server (6 - 10 PC's)...................4 Hour visit (£130.00) per month

· Companies without a server (1 - 5 PC's)...............2 Hour visit (£70.00) per month

· Companies without a server (6 - 10 PC's).............3 Hour visit (£99.00) per month
