HOME SUPPORT PLANS

Adster Services now offers a range of home based support plans to help keep your home computer system in top condition. All plans iare chargeable annually in advance.

All our support plans come with generous discounts on future home visits and allow access to technical support or advice over the phone or email. Our Enhanced and Premier plans also include full 12 month commercial antivirus software and access to technical help and advice via phone, email or via remote control**.

Simply select your preferred plan from the table below and call Adster Services on (01235) 511066 or (07843) 492095 to arrange your initial visit. All prices include VAT at 15%


Standard Cover
£65.00 per year

Includes:

  • One annual home visit including health check on 1 computer
  • Free* support or advice by email or telephone (maximum of 5 instances per year)
  • Discount on additional home visits (£39.99 inc VAT for 1 hour visit instead of £52.88)

Enhanced Cover
£110.00 per year

Includes:

  • One annual home visit including health check on 1 computer
  • 12 month full commercial antivirus cover for 1 PC
  • One remote** PC health check to remove spyware, malware and viruses and run regular checks on hard drive and software updates
  • Free* support or advice by email, telephone or by remote control** (maximum of 5 instances per year)
  • Discount on home visits (£39.99 inc VAT for 1 hour visit instead of £52.88)

Premier Cover
£170.00 per year

Includes:

  • Two home visits per year including health check on 1 computer
  • 12 month full commercial antivirus cover for up to 3 PC's
  • Two remote control** PC health checks to scan for, and remove spyware, malware and viruses and run regular checks on hard drive and software updates
  • Free* support by email, telephone or remote control** (maximum of 5 instances of support per year)
  • Discount on home visits (£39.99 inc VAT for 1 hour visit instead of £52.88)

* Please note that some PC faults cannot practically be fixed via phone, email or by remote control, in such cases a discounted home visit may be required.
** Remote control of your computer is dependent on you having a working broadband connection and no viruses or faulty firewall software blocking remote connections. Remote support software will need to be installed in person by our engineer before remote support can be offered.
